At present we are discussing the possibility of forming a comittee to develop guidelines which when projected forward would lead to the emergence of a body of information when distilled into a proposal will allow us to continue. The preceeding is dependent upon gaining a plurality of opinion that will focus our energies toward a mutually beneficient set of guidelines.
The primary thrust will be derived with the assistance of historical precedents to prevent the dissolution of scheduling which has, in the past, tended to divert our attention from the planned path of progress.
Our next conference will consider these aforementioned issues. Before we adjourn we will develop a task force to priortize our planning, scheduling and discussion meetings. It is estimated this discussion will proceed with all possible dillegence to allow the inclusion of proposed changes. A work shop, concerned only with the proposed changes, will be enacted, with the time and place to be decided at a later date.
A second meeting will be held to discuss the application form. The first admendment which will be put before the desk was to include all model railroading New Years resolutions as a part of the MRPP application form. An electronic vote will be held when and if all members are connected to the MRPP net.
The second admendment was to establish a committee to study proposals for a possible MRPP Logo. It was decided to study whether a Logo, Herald, Symbol or Emblem was the correct nomenclature. Nominations were opened to fill the study group, after spirited discussion it was decided to place this in abeyance.
The third proposal placed before the table was to expel anyone from the MRPP that was found guilty of logomarchy. This proposal was 2,231 pages with 8 pages of bibilography. The author of the bill was immediately ejected, but after consideration was readmitted. After all what's the rush?
Your application form may be in the envelope with your 2010 Census form, please fill out and return, regardless of the disposition of the Census form. All information will be kept confidential. These forms will be locked locked in a Mason Fruit Jar under the Club layout. Only Ed McMahon will have the key, and only Johnny Carson will have the answers....
